No obstante, tales transformaciones de transición y dinámicas disruptivas vienen perfilándose sobre la base de grandes fracturas estructurales, dominantes problemas y retos retenidos. En esa dirección, el presente estudio tiene el propósito de rastrear los principales efectos devenidos de la pandemia durante y después de la interrupción en el plano educativo de Latinoamérica y el Caribe. Para ello, mediante la revisión documental y el análisis presentado por instituciones de alto nivel, la investigación rige dos frentes. Primero, la pandemia llegó en un momento en el que terminó por devorar y deteriorar de manera diferenciada los fijados y modernos estados de bienestar, en particular, uno de los pilares fundamentales del desarrollo social: la educación. Segundo, este mismo efecto ha demandado reparar y remediar un relieve de propósitos pendientes y arrastrados para la educación, que, después de la catástrofe será necesario establecer planes de recuperación, reapertura y de repensar el terreno educativo y empoderar espacios débiles dentro de un nuevo proceso donde la descarga de la pandemia determinará las siguientes décadas.Palabras clave: COVID-19, América Latina, educación, educación a distancia, estudiante. ABSTRACTAmid powerful challenges and a web of disasters, the impact of COVID-19 pandemic has not hesitated to impose powerful reform across the education system. However, such transitional transformations and disruptive dynamics have been taking shape on the basis of major structural fractures, dominant problems and retained challenges. In this direction, the present study aims to trace the main effects of pandemic during and after the interruption in education in Latin America and the Caribbean. For this, through the documentary review and the analysis presented by high-level institutions, the investigation rule two fronts. First, the pandemic came at a time when it ended up devouring and deteriorating in different way the fixed and modern welfare states, in private, one of the fundamental pillars of social development: education. Second, this same effect has demanded to repair and remedy a relief of pending and dragged for education that, after the catastrophe it will be necessary to establish recovery plans, reopening and rethinking the educational field and empower weak spaces within a new process where the discharge of the pandemic will determine the following decades.
