Estudio diagnóstico de la aplicación de la tarea docente en la educación médica de la Universidad Regional Autonoma de los Andes

Resumen

La investigación aborda los aspectos relacionados con la aplicación de la tarea docente en la educación médica, al considerar que existen limitaciones, de orden metodológico, que afectan el desempeño académico de los futuros egresados de esta carrera. El objetivo de la investigación fue: identificar el nivel de aplicación de la tarea docente en la educación médica en la carrera de medicina de la Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes. En la investigación se emplean métodos de orden teórico tales como el análisis-síntesis y la inducción-deducción y del nivel empírico (encuesta y la observación). La información fue sometida al correspondiente procesamiento estadístico. Los resultados obtenidos en la validación práctica de la propuesta, muestran su pertinencia y efectividad pues existieron diferencias significativas en todos los aspectos evaluados en la investigación.

ABSTRACT

The investigation tackles the aspects related with the application of the teaching task in the medical education, when considering than exist limitations of methodological order that affect the academic performance of the futures of this career. The objective of the investigation matched: Identifying the level of application of the teaching task in the medical education in the medicine career of the Regional Autonomous University of the Andes. Analytic-Synthetic, inductive-deductive were methods of the theoretical level used in the investigation and among the empiric level (polls and the observation). The information was submitted to the correspondent statistical processing. The results obtained in the practical validation of the proposal show its pertinence and effectiveness because there were found significant differences in all evaluated aspects of the investigation.
