La preparación al docente de la Escuela Pedagógica para el desarrollo de habilidades investigativas en los estudiantes

RESUMEN

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo proponer una estrategia metodológica dirigida a los docentes que trabajan en la Escuela Pedagógica Octavio García de la provincia Cienfuegos, en la especialidad de Maestro Primario, la misma posee un carácter interactivo que les permite desarrollar las habilidades investigativas en los estudiantes, mediante la utilización del trabajo docente metodológico de los colectivos pedagógicos, dirigidos por directivos y jefes de asignaturas. El diagnóstico realizado posibilitó una valoración en torno al estado actual de la preparación de los docentes en el desarrollo de habilidades investigativas en los estudiantes, donde se identificó que existen potencialidades en el currículo así como presencia de la función investigativa en los documentos rectores, sin embargo los docentes tienen desconocimiento de las habilidades investigativas a desarrollar en los estudiantes y cómo hacerlo desde las diferentes formas de organización del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. La estrategia metodológica para la preparación de los docentes en el desarrollo de habilidades investigativas en los estudiantes de la especialidad Maestro Primario está basada en la incorporación de un modo de actuación coherente para el desarrollo de estas habilidades investigativas, desde todas las asignaturas, mediante la necesaria combinación de lo cognitivo y lo afectivo y la interactividad entre los miembros, donde se potencia la autoevaluación, coevaluación y el enfoque interdisciplinario. La estrategia metodológica prueba su efectividad en los resultados alcanzados superiores al estado inicial, debido a la frecuencia y sistematicidad con que se ejecutaron las acciones y la unidad del trabajo metodológico de los colectivos pedagógicos.

 ABSTRACT

The present research has as objective to propose a methodological strategy aimed at teachers who work at the Octavio Garcia Pedagogical School from Cienfuegos province, in the specialty of Primary Teacher. It has an interactive character that allows them to develop investigative skills in students, with the use of the methodological teaching work of the pedagogical groups, directed by directors and heads of subjects. The diagnosis made it possible to assess the current state of the preparation of teachers in the development of investigative skills in students, where it was identified that there are potentialities in the curriculum as well as the presence of the investigative function in the governing documents. However, teachers are unaware of the investigative skills to be developed in students and how to do it from the different forms of organization of the teaching-learning process. The methodological strategy for the preparation of teachers in the development of investigative skills in students of the Primary Teacher specialty is based on the incorporation of a coherent mode of action for the development of these investigative skills. From all subjects, through the necessary combination of the cognitive and the affective and the interactivity between the members, where self-assessment, co-assessment and the interdisciplinary approach are enhanced. The methodological strategy proves its effectiveness in the results achieved higher than the initial state in which the teachers were found, due to the frequency and systematicity with which the actions were executed and the unity of the methodological work of the pedagogical groups.
