El peritaje desde la perspectiva del trabajo social

Resumen

El presente trabajo se realiza con el objetivo de analizar el peritaje desde la perspectiva del Trabajo Social; responde a una investigación de tipo revisión bibliográfica, sistematizada por el método hermeneútico y la técnica de análisis de contenido que facilitó el estudio e interpretación y cotejo de los textos obtenidos de diferentes fuentes científicas: tesis de grado, artículos científicos y literatura especializada en el objeto de estudio. Entre los principales hallazgos se particulariza que el peritaje social más que un informe es una especialidad que focaliza en una interfase entre el sistema legal y el sistema de servicios sociales; el peritaje judicial es un informe que se rinde por especialistas a solicitud del juez sobre conocimientos distintos al jurídico sobre un hecho o circunstancia del sumario; son pruebas judiciales aportadas y validadas por el trabajador social forense en colaboración con diferentes especialistas, que contribuyen a la compresión holística de la situación involucrada en el sistema judicial.

ABSTRACT

The present work is carried out with the objective of analyzing the expertise from the perspective of Social Work; responds to a type of bibliographic review research, systematized by the hermeneutic method and the content analysis technique that facilitated the study and interpretation and comparison of the texts obtained from different scientific sources: degree theses, scientific articles and specialized literature on the subject study. Among the main findings, it is particularized that the social appraisal, more than a report, is a specialty that focuses on an interface between the legal system and the social services system; Judicial expertise is a report that is rendered by specialists at the request of the judge on knowledge other than legal on a fact or circumstance of the summary; they are judicial evidence provided and validated by the forensic social worker in collaboration with different specialists, who contribute to the holistic understanding of the situation involved in the judicial system.
