La formación del profesor de Biología-Geografía desde la óptica martiana con un enfoque holístico

Resumen

El estudio de la obra martiana, caracterizado por el análisis global y profundo de todos los elementos que conforman la naturaleza y la sociedad y perfectamente aplicables en el contexto de la educación cubana actual, ofrece grandes posibilidades para el logro de los fines propuestos para la educación cubana de estos tiempos. La finalidad del profesor de la carrera Biología-Geografía es ponerlo en condiciones para enfrentar su profesión, ha venido subrayando la necesidad de abordar el proceso de su formación inicial desde la óptica martiana. En el presente trabajo se pretende ofrecer vías de empleo de la obra martiana, en un contexto interdisciplinario, dentro de las Ciencias naturales, con la finalidad de contribuir a la formación de habilidades profesionales en la organización y dirección del proceso docente educativo a la par que se perfecciona la labor profesional de los futuros profesores.

ABSTRACT

The study of the work martiana, characterized for the global and deep analysis of all of the elements that they conform the nature and the society and perfectly applicable in the educational context present-day Cuban, the Cuban of these times offers grand possibilities for the achievement of the proposed intentions the education. The purpose of the professor of the race Biology-Geography and to put it in conditions to confront his profession, he has come underlining the need to discuss the process of his initial formation from optics martiana. It is intended to offer work's roads of job martiana in the present work, in a context interdisciplinary, within the Natural Sciences, with the purpose to contribute to the formation of professional abilities in the organization and direction of the teaching educational process two abreast that the professional work of the futures makes perfect itself professors.
