La educación terapéutica de los familiares de pacientes con atrofia muscular espinal tipo 1

Resumen

La necesidad profundizar en la atrofia muscular espinal tipo 1, pues es una enfermedad neuromuscular hereditaria, se inicia “in útero” o durante los primeros meses de vida y la muerte suele ocurrir antes de los dos años, la principal manifestación clínica de los pacientes es la debilidad muscular generalizada. La investigación presentó como objetivo: aplicar un conjunto de acciones para la educación terapéutica de los familiares de pacientes con atrofia muscular espinal tipo 1. Se utilizaron métodos y técnicas de investigación como el método analítico sintético, inductivo deductivo, el análisis documental, la encuesta. Los datos fueron procesados mediante métodos estadísticos matemáticos dentro de ella la descriptiva. La aplicación del conjunto de acciones educativas permitió la recolección de datos después de ser aplicados, donde se realizó una comparación entre ambos momentos, donde se observa que existieron transformaciones importantes en la muestra en el segundo memento del estudio longitudinal, lo cual hace evidente la efectividad de la propuesta que se presenta.

ABSTRACT

The need delving deeply into the muscular spinal atrophy type 1, because a disease is neuromuscular hereditary, starts off in uterus or during the first months of life and death uses to happen before the two elderly years, the patients' principal clinical manifestation is the muscular generalized weakness. The investigation presented like objective: Applying a set of actions for the therapeutic education of patients' relatives with muscular spinal atrophy type 1. They utilized methods and fact-finding techniques like the analytical synthetic, inductive method deductive, the documentary analysis, the opinion poll. Data were processed by means of mathematical statistical methods within her the descriptive. The application of the set of educational actions enabled the collection of data after being diligent, where which accomplished a comparison between both moments, where it is noticed that important transformations in the sign in the second memento of the longitudinal study existed, you evince the effectiveness of the proposal that presents itself.
