Rol del docente reflexivo para la retroalimentación en Matemática: una revisión literaria

Abstract

La investigación se relaciona con la reflexión docente en la retroalimentación. El objetivo fue determinar la influencia del rol del docente reflexivo en la retroalimentación en Matemática a estudiantes de un colegio de Chiclayo desde una revisión del estado del arte. La investigación corresponde al tipo de revisión literaria para lo cual se seleccionaron investigaciones correspondientes a las bases de datos, repositorios y sitios web especializados, teniendo como criterio que sean de los últimos años, teniendo una muestra de 20 artículos, de los cuales mayoritariamente  de la base de datos Scopus, en el estudio se encontró que los rasgos de retroalimentación a la cantidad, forma y la audiencia que se ofrece al grupo a quien se dirigen.  Asimismo el rol del docente reflexivo es la función que todo docente debe ejecutar sobre las creencias, prácticas, actitudes y valores que envuelven la práctica de la enseñanza para ser modificadas, mejoradas, reformuladas e innovadas debe ser individual y grupal y la influencia del rol del docente reflexivo en la retroalimentación formativa del área de matemática incide definitivamente en las formas y tipos de retroalimentación que se pueda dar en el aula para el mejoramiento de los aprendizajes.

 ABSTRACT

The research is related to teacher reflection in feedback.  The objective was to determine the influence of the role of the reflective teacher in mathematics feedback to students of a school in Chiclayo from a review of the state of the art.  The research corresponds to the type of literature review for which research corresponding to databases, repositories and specialized websites were selected, having as criteria that they are from the last years, having a sample of 20 articles, of which mostly from the Scopus database, in the study it was found that the features of feedback to the amount, form and the audience offered to the group to whom they are addressed.  Likewise, the role of the reflective teacher is the function that every teacher must execute on the beliefs, practices, attitudes and values that involve the teaching practice to be modified, improved, reformulated and innovated must be individual and group and the influence of the role of the reflective teacher in the formative feedback in the area of mathematics definitely affects the forms and types of feedback that can be given in the classroom for the improvement of learning.
