Clima organizacional y desempeño laboral de los docentes de las instituciones educativas grado bachiller: caso Colegio Quito
Abstract
El clima organizacional es un factor sustancial en las organizaciones que repercute en el desempeño laboral y al no existir investigaciones que cubran esta temática de instituciones educativas grado bachiller, se seleccionó al Colegio Quito localizado en la parroquia La Unión del cantón Quinindé y se analizó ocho dimensiones del clima organizacional. La investigación es de naturaleza descriptiva - correlacional, diseño no experimental cuantitativo y transversal. Los resultados reflejan un clima organizacional en promedio semestral favorable con el 44,68% y desfavorable con el 55,31%. El desempeño laboral en promedio es de 7,96. El coeficiente de correlación entre clima desfavorable y desempeño laboral, se sitúa en - 0,383. En conclusión, los hallazgos evidencian una débil relación inversa entre las variables estudiadas.

ABSTRACT
The organizational environment is an essential fact in the organizations that has an impact in the job’s performance and since there is no presence of investigations that cover this topic of bachelor’s degree educational institutions, Quito’s high school located in La Unión parish in the Quinindé canton was selected, and eight dimensions of the organizational environment were analyzed. This investigation is descriptive - correlational in nature, quantitative and transversal non - experimental design. The results show an organizational environment on a favorable six-monthly average with 44.68% and unfavorable with 55.31%. The average job performance is 7.96. The correlation coefficient between unfavorable environment and work performance is -0.383. In conclusion, the findings exhibit a weak inverse relation between the variables studied.Keywords:
