Aplicación del aprendizaje cooperativo en la carrera de Contabilidad y Finanzas

Resumen

El presente trabajo titulado Estrategias y vías para la aplicación del aprendizaje cooperativo en la carrera de Contabilidad y Finanzas, tiene como objetivo fundamental la elaboración de un diagnóstico de necesidades a los profesores y estudiantes para ofrecer las estrategias y vías en su aplicación. El estudio aborda las esencialidades de las tendencias internacionales en torno al aprendizaje cooperativo, así como definiciones, conceptos; se explicitan las etapas de la estrategia y las vías didácticas más efectivas para lograr un aprendizaje cooperativo, así como los fundamentos que sustentan los roles de los protagonistas del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje (profesores y estudiantes). Los resultados de la investigación desarrollada se destacan por la aplicación y validación del método “criterios de especialistas” y por las vías propuestas para potenciar el aprendizaje cooperativo en los estudiantes de la Carrera de Contabilidad y Finanzas en la Universidad de Cienfuegos “Carlos Rafael Rodríguez”.

ABSTRACT

This research work entitled strategy and ways for the application of the cooperative learning in the career of Accounting and Finances. It´s fundamental objective the elaboration of a diagnosis of necessities to the professors and students to offer a strategy and ways for this application. This paper shows the importance of the international tendencies related to the cooperative learning, as well as definitions, concepts and different authors´ approaches that work on this theme and the theoretical methodological considerations on the cooperative learning in the educational institutions. It is explained the stages of the strategy and the most effective didactic forms to achieve a cooperative learning, as well as fundamentally the didactic forms that sustain the strategy and the roles of the main characters in the teaching-learning process (professors and students). The results of the investigation are analyzed by the application and validation of the method of specialists of the strategy and ways proposed to develop the cooperative learning in the students of the Career of Accounting and Finances in “Carlos Rafael Rodriguez" University.
