Educación digital, blockchain y su influencia sobre la Economía Popular y Solidaria

Resumen

La economía popular y solidaria en el Ecuador ha presentado un crecimiento considerable, por otro lado, la tecnología blockchain está dando sus primeros pasos en Latinoamérica, y, en el Ecuador, este tema aún no se empieza a tratar completamente. Se realiza una revisión sistemática de artículos científicos consultando diferentes bases de datos científicas, sin restricción de fecha, en los idiomas español e inglés. El universo de estudio partió de revistas científicas, publicaciones científicas, noticias, libros, etc. Conociendo y relacionando los principios tanto de Blockchain como de la Economía Popular y Solidaria (EPS), se pueden reconocer ciertas implementaciones que podrían ser de gran utilidad para algunas de sus organizaciones. Un punto muy importante que debe ser tomado en cuenta, es que en el área de tecnológica la economía popular y solidaria todavía tiene que recorrer un camino empinado, pero la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria se ha dado cuenta de esto y está poniendo énfasis para incentivar el uso de la tecnología con el propósito de que esta economía continúe creciendo y a su vez las organizaciones pertenecientes a ella puedan tener una ventaja competitiva, no solo a nivel local, sino internacional.

ABSTRACT

The popular and solidarity economy in Ecuador has presented considerable growth, on the other hand, blockchain technology is taking its first steps in Latin America, and, in Ecuador, this issue has not yet begun to be fully addressed. A systematic review of scientific articles is carried out by consulting different scientific databases, without date restriction, in Spanish and English. The study universe started from scientific journals, scientific publications, news, books, etc. Knowing and relating the principles of both Blockchain and the Popular and Solidarity Economy (EPS), you can recognize certain implementations that could be very useful for some of your organizations. A very important point that must be taken into account is that in the area of technology, the popular and solidarity economy still has a steep road to go, but the Superintendency of Popular and Solidarity Economy has realized this and is emphasizing to encourage the use of technology so that this economy continues to grow and in turn the organizations belonging to it can have a competitive advantage, not only locally, but internationally.
