Propuesta de Plan de Capacitación para comerciantes informales en la ciudad de Puyo

Abstract

En la actualidad la informalidad en las actividades económicas cobra mayor fuerza debido a las crisis económicas imperantes, que conllevan a las personas a buscar otras vías de ingreso que le permita satisfacer sus necesidades individuales y familiares. La ciudad de Puyo, provincia Pastaza, Ecuador, no escapa a esta situación. Se desconoce si los comerciantes informales conocen sus derechos y si creen que la capacitación en su actividad mejoraría su quehacer. Proponer un Plan de Capacitación para los comerciantes informales de la ciudad de Puyo, teniendo en cuenta sus conocimientos sobre normas legales. La investigación es cuali-cuantitativa, no experimental-transversal, de alcance exploratorio. Se utilizó la observación y la encuesta para obtener información sobre los comerciantes informales. Estos desconocen la normativa jurídica que les facilite trabajar organizadamente y preserve sus derechos. Se propuso un plan de capacitación para la socialización de los documentos legales y mejorar sus ingresos.

 ABSTRACT

Currently, informality in economic activities is gaining strength due to the prevailing economic crises, which lead people to seek other means of income that allow them to satisfy their individual and family needs. The city of Puyo, Pastaza province, Ecuador, does not escape this situation. It is unknown if informal traders know their rights and if they believe that training in their activity would improve their work. Propose a Training Plan for informal merchants in the city of Puyo, taking into account their knowledge of legal regulations. The research is qualitative-quantitative, non-experimental-transversal, exploratory in scope. Observation and survey were used to obtain information about informal traders. They are unaware of the legal regulations that make it easier for them to work in an organized manner and preserve their rights. A training plan was proposed for the socialization of legal documents and improving their income.
