Conducta prosocial en adolescentes con discapacidad intelectual leve
Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo, caracterizar la conducta prosocial de adolescentes escolarizados con discapacidad intelectual leve. Participaron 62 alumnos pertenecientes a la educación especial entre 11 y 18 años. Se aplica la observación, la entrevista psicológica semiestructurada y la Escala de Conducta Prosocial. Se evidencian altos niveles de prosocialidad en los sujetos estudiados. La empatía, sociabilidad y respeto también se encuentran altos. Sin embargo, el liderazgo experimenta niveles bajos, caracterizado por dificultades para la toma de decisiones, falta de creatividad e iniciativa. Así como un autoconcepto y autoestima adecuados. Se concluye que, aunque la literatura científica, plantea un declive de este comportamiento durante la adolescencia. Los resultados obtenidos permiten concluir que la prosocialidad es una característica distintiva en los adolescentes estudiados.

ABSTRACT
The objective of the research was to characterize the prosocial behavior of adolescents with mild intellectual disabilities. 62 students from special education between 11 and 18 years old participated. Observation, semi-structured psychological interview and the Prosocial Behavior Scale are applied. High levels of prosociality are evident in the subjects studied. Empathy, sociability and respect are also high. However, leadership experiences low levels, characterized by difficulties in decision making, lack of creativity and initiative. As well as adequate self-concept and self-esteem. It is concluded that although the scientific literature, poses a decline in this behavior during adolescence. The results obtained allow us to conclude that prosociality is a distinctive feature in the adolescents studied.Keywords:
