Análisis prospectivo de la base normativa y el marco regulador medioambiental en cuba

Abstract

Este artículo presenta el análisis prospectivo de la base normativa y el marco regulador medioambiental en Cuba. Se esboza prospectivamente el desarrollo del marco regulador en materia ambiental a partir del triunfo de la Revolución en 1959. Del mismo modo se hace mención a aquellos tratados, convenios y protocolos que trazan la política externa del país. Finalmente, se aborda el escenario que define el nuevo modelo económico cubano y su relación con la base normativa vigente.

ABSTRACT

This article presents an exploratory analysis on the regulation foundations and the environmental regulatory framework in Cuba. The development of the environmental regulatory framework since the Revolution triumph in 1959 is presented. At the same time, the treaties, agreements and protocols that rule the foreign policy of the country are mentioned. Finally, the research deals with the Cuban new economic policy and its relationship with the regulations currently in force.
