Estrategia educativa para favorecer el conocimiento de estudiantes sobre el derecho a la Educación

Abstract

Las investigaciones científicas orientadas al campo del derecho de los ciudadanos son cada día más crecientes en disimiles contexto. Es por ello que el derecho a educarse que tiene cada persona es siempre un tema novedoso y actual, máxime en un mundo tan globalizado como el que se está viviendo en la actualidad. Sobre los criterios antes expresado el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo: elaborar una estrategia educativa que favorezca el conocimiento de estudiantes universitarios sobre el derecho a la Educación. La investigación se desarrolló en la carrera de derecho de la Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes, para la misma se utilizaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos matemáticos. Se diseñó un estudio pre-experimental con dos pruebas, cuyos resultados demuestran la validez de la investigación pues existió diferencia significativa y así se prueba la hipótesis declarada.

ABSTRACT

The scientific investigations guided to the field of the right of the citizens are every more growing day in dissimilar context. It is for it that the right to be educated that has each person is always a novel and current topic, maxims in a world so globalized as which one is living at the present time. On the approaches before expressed the present work has as objective: to elaborate an educational strategy that favors the knowledge of university students on the right to the education. The investigation was developed in the career of right of the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes, for the same one mathematical theoretical, empiric and statistical methods were used. A pre-experimental study was designed with two tests whose results demonstrate the validity of the since investigation significant difference it existed and the declared hypothesis is proven this way.
