La guía del maestro (1853-1942): un estilo educativo marista

Abstract

Resulta una investigación histórica a escala local vinculada a la historia del catolicismo en la ciudad de Cienfuegos, Cuba. Expone la actividad educativa identificada en las Guías pedagógicas de la Congregación Religiosa de los Hermanos Maristas en el Colegio Champagnat o francés. El acercamiento a esta temática permite la reconstrucción de aspectos formativos a través de la interpretación de los datos obtenidos desde las fuentes primarias de manera que contribuye a encontrar los nexos con el pasado, descubrir las esencias del proceso escolar, social y religioso. Ese colegio se distinguió por educar bajo los principios teológicos del fundador: el amor y amparo de la Virgen María y el valor de la Misión, en valores humanos y cristianos que contribuyeron a la formación moral y cívica como el amor a la patria y a su historia. Los resultados de la investigación amplían la historiografía cubana.

 ABSTRACT

Turns out a historical investigation to climbs premise related to the history of the Catholicism in look after it Cienfuegos, Cuba. It exposes the identified educational activity in sprout them pedagogical of the Congregation Religiosity of the Marist brothers in the Champagne College or francs. The approach to this thematic part’s the reconstruction of formative aspects to traverses of the interpretation of the data’s obtained from the primary sources of way q contributes to find the nexuses with the past and discover the essences of the school process, social and religious. That college disguio for educating below the teologicoses principles of the founder: the love and shelter of the Marius virgin and the value of Mission in value human and Christian that contributed to the moral formation and civic as the love to the fatherland and to your history. The results of the investigation enlarge the Cuban historiography.
