Las relaciones intergeneracionales entre adultos mayores y adolescentes en la concepción del proyecto educativo institucional de la Secundaria Básica

Abstract

En el artículo se analizaron las consideraciones teóricas de las relaciones intergeneracionales entre adultos mayores y adolescentes en la concepción del Proyecto educativo institucional de la Secundaria Básica; identificándose las características y los principios básicos para el desarrollo de las dichas relaciones. Se consideró que las relaciones intergeneracionales son aquellas que se producen entre personas de diferentes generaciones, y que tienen motivaciones, intereses y necesidades en común, cuyo fin es lograr el intercambio de saberes y experiencias socioculturales entre las generaciones que participan, y en las cuales tienen incidencia las transformaciones científico-técnicas de la época actual y la asignación de roles comunes. Se concluye que las relaciones intergeneracionales se fundamentan en la labor educativa, desde la consideración de un diagnóstico integral del adolescente y de las ventajas y bondades que permiten un acercamiento entre adultos mayores y adolescentes a partir de la concepción del Proyecto Educativo Institucional lo cual conlleva al planteamiento de supuestos, que indican resultados en el desarrollo personal y social, con la realización de actividades que contribuyen a la formación en valores éticos y humanos, en un intercambio bilateral, que se sustenta  en el reconocimiento de necesidades y potencialidades.

 ABSTRACT

The article analyzed the theoretical considerations of intergenerational relationships between older adults and adolescents in the conception of the Institutional Educational Project of Basic Secondary; identifying the characteristics and basic principles for the development of said relationships. It was considered that intergenerational relationships are those that occur between people of different generations, and that have common motivations, interests and needs, whose purpose is to achieve the exchange of knowledge and sociocultural experiences between the generations that participate, and in which they have impact the scientific-technical transformations of the current era and the assignment of common roles. It is concluded that intergenerational relationships are based on educational work, from the consideration of a comprehensive diagnosis of the adolescent and the advantages and benefits that allow a rapprochement between older adults and adolescents from the conception of the Institutional Educational Project which leads to the statement of assumptions, which indicate results in personal and social development, with the performance of activities that contribute to training in ethical and human values, in a bilateral exchange, which is based on the recognition of needs and potentialities.
