Criterios a tener en cuenta desde una óptica pedagógica para la formación de un joven investigador

Abstract

Los Centros de Investigación se consideran Centros Formadores, desarrollan la investigación científica pero también contribuyen a la formación continua del capital humano que labora en ellos. El investigador aporta beneficios a la sociedad en que vive pero si es un investigador integralmente formado aporta mucho más. Es necesario, pertinente y oportuno que se perfeccione el modelo de actuación de los investigadores de experiencia, específicamente en el papel que deben desempeñar para contribuir a formar nuevas generaciones con vocación porla Cienciayla Tecnología, continuando las rutas que inicia la universidad en cuanto a formación investigativa, teniendo en cuenta los aportes, ideas y capacidad del investigador, facilitando el desarrollo de esta intención y motivando a los jóvenes. Para ello necesita conocer y emplear métodos, conocimientos y procedimientos basados en la pedagogía, por ser, precisamente la pedagogía una ciencia que está llamada a servir a las demás ciencias, es por ello que con el presente artículo pretendemos reflexionar en el modelo de actuación de los investigadores de experiencia.

ABSTRACT

Research Centers are considered Forming Centers. They develop scientific research but also contribute to the continuous formation of the human capital that works in it. Researchers benefit the society in which they live in but they can do it even more if they are integrally formed. Therefore, it is necessary, appropriate and timely to improve the experienced researchers acting model, mainly regarding the role they must play to contribute forming the new generations naturally inclined towards Science and Technology, continuing the research formation started in college taking into account the contribution, ideas and capacity of the young researcher enabling to develop these leanings and motivating the youth. In order to achieve this objective, it is needed to know and apply methods, knowledge and procedures based on pedagogy; since, pedagogy is precisely the science call to serve the rest of the sciences. That`s why, in this paper we intend to reflect on the experienced researchers acting model.
