Caracterización del papel del estado ecuatoriano frente al femicidio
Abstract
RESUMEN
En Ecuador el femicidio representa un problema social y cultural latente que ha ido evolucionando con los últimos gobiernos, lo que implica en la actualidad un gran reto para el Estado, intervenir a través de planes, programas o proyectos de seguridad ciudadana que garanticen efectivamente los derechos de las mujeres. El objetivo de la investigación es determinar el papel del Estado ecuatoriano frente al femicidio. La investigación se ejecutó desde un punto de vista descriptivo, con diseño no experimental de corte transversal, se estableció la aplicación de entrevistas semiestructuradas a profesionales de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanísticas y Sociales de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí, en consecuencia, se aplicó el Coeficiente de Concordancia de Kendall (KCC) para evaluar la relación de los criterios expuestos por los sujetos del estudio. Los principales resultados muestran que, el deber ético de los funcionarios judiciales en los casos de femicidios fluctúa dado los niveles de corrupción; en relación al coeficiente W de Kendall, existe una concordancia predominante a valor de 0.833.

ABSTRACT
In Ecuador, femicide represents a latent social and cultural problem that has evolved with the last governments, which currently implies a great challenge for the State, to intervene through citizen security plans, programs or projects that effectively guarantee the rights Women's. The objective of the investigation is to determine the role of the Ecuadorian State against femicide. The research was carried out from a descriptive point of view, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, the application of semi-structured interviews to professionals from the Faculty of Humanistic and Social Sciences of the Technical University of Manabí was established, consequently, the Coefficient was applied. of Concordance (KCC) to evaluate the relationship of the criteria exposed by the subjects of the study. The main results show that the ethical duty of judicial officials in cases of femicide fluctuates given the levels of corruption; In relation to Kendall's W coefficient, there is a predominant agreement at a value of 0.833.
