El crecimiento personal del psicopedagogo en formación inicial: operacionalización para teorizar, diagnosticar e intervenir
Abstract
Los retos del presente siglo requieren de la formación de psicopedagogos que logren ser, conocer, hacer, convivir y transformar en y desde para la vida, para ello es necesario que alcancen un crecimiento personal. En este sentido, se presentan los resultados investigativos desde una perspectiva sociopsicoeducativa, cuyo objetivo estriva en la operacionalización de la variable crecimiento personal en la formación inicial de psicopedagogos. Se corrobora la necesidad de operacionalizar la variable crecimiento personal del psicopedagogo para su tratamiento teórico-metodológico, lo que favorece la develación de su desarrollo en la formación inicial.

ABSTRACT
The challenges of this century require the training of psychologists who manage to be, know, do, live and transform in and from life, for this it is necessary that they achieve personal growth. In this sense, the research results are presented from a socio-psychoeducational perspective, whose objective is the operationalization of the personal growth variable in the initial training of psychopedagogists. The need to operationalize the personal growth variable of the psychopedagogue for its theoretical-methodological treatment is corroborated, which favors the disclosure of its development in initial training.
