Strategy the professional superation of the educational ones in the career of Imagenology and Radiophysics Medicine
Abstract
The Professional Improvement Strategy proposed for teachers in the Medical Imaging and Radiophysics career is conceived from the diagnosis of the main insufficiencies that teachers have in the exercise of contents such as: Physical Principles, Human Anatomy and Radiological Semiology. It is structured by stages and theoretical-practical actions, it has the Workshop as a type of Professional Improvement, which contributes to the continuous updating of the contents of the technological procedure of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The objective of the article is to develop a Strategy to contribute to the Professional Improvement of teachers in the Imaging and Medical Radiophysics career in the technological procedure of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The research carried out with a dialectical - materialist approach that allowed the combined use of theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods. For the development of the Strategy, the improvement needs for teachers were considered, after a diagnosis was carried out. The proposed Professional Improvement Strategy is structured by stages and actions on the content of the Physical Principles, Human Anatomy and Radiological Semiology in an integrative way, it is contextualized in the improvement of teachers in teaching-care scenarios, in Education at Work, which makes it easier for these professionals to improve.
