Training workshops for education professionals based on personalized educational inclusion

Abstract

This research aims to propose a system of training workshops for practicing primary teachers and teachers of the Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education and Bachelor's Degree in Education-Psychology based on personalized educational inclusion. The scientific study is developed with primary teachers from the rural sector in the municipality of Majagua and professors from the Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences at the University of Ciego de Avila. In the research process, the following methods were used at the theoretical level: the analytical-synthetic and the inductive-deductive, which provided theoretical foundations on personalized inclusive education for the preparation of education professionals, and at the empirical level, documentary analysis, survey and interview with teachers were used to obtain information and specify regularities and opportunities. The use of methodological workshops as a means of preparation enables exchange and dialogue among participants. The results favor the preparation and performance of education professionals for personalized educational inclusion. The work is the result of the research project: Improvement of the performance of the primary teacher and the specialist in Pedagogy-Psychology in the direction of the teaching-learning process from a conception of educational inclusion with a personalized approach.
