The Era of Artificial Intelligence: Transforming the English Learning Experience in the University Context
Abstract
The use of artificial intelligence technologies in English language learning is becoming increasingly relevant in today's educational context. This quantitative study examined the impact of AI technology usage by university students on their English language learning process. The results revealed that students are adopting various AI solutions, such as machine translation, voice recognition, and the use of ChatGPT. Participants highlighted benefits such as improved comprehension and expression in English, while also identifying challenges related to the reliability and proper management of these tools. In conclusion, AI technologies have a positive impact on English language learning among university students. However, it is necessary to address challenges such as developing usage skills and effectively integrating these solutions into the educational curriculum.
