Vision of contemporary analysis of undergraduate training in universities
Abstract
Higher education constitutes the fundamental pillar for social development and at the same time society demands from universities the training of competent, responsible professionals with a high sense of commitment to the well-being of all. This leads to university degree training, from professional practices and current, innovative positions that adjust to each context. The objective of the work presented is to reflect on undergraduate training in universities in today's world, based on the ideas supported by different authors in their research studies. The methodology used is an analytical, explanatory and evaluative approach, with the use of theoretical level methods, where a systematization is built from documentary sources, which help to understand and place the training process in the current and future context. university degree. It has been demonstrated that this training process requires a direct link with production and services, from the theory-practice link, in academic, research and connection with society, as university training spaces, in order to contribute to human development. sustainable.
