Concepción teórica y metodológica para la formación de maestros en la escuela normal
Abstract
El presente artículo plantea una concepción de la formación de maestros en la escuela normal, que considera las particularidades que configuran el perfil profesional del maestro, e identifica las características necesarias para su desempeño profesional y los problemas y limitaciones actuales de la profesión, lo cual permite determinar las demandas al proceso de formación de maestros en la escuela normal.

The present article proposes a conception of the formation of teachers in the normal school, which considers the particularities that shape the professional profile of the teacher, and identifies the necessary characteristics for their professional performance and the current problems and limitations of the profession, which allows determine the demands to the process of teacher training in the normal school.Keywords:
