El uso adecuado de internet por los profesores universitarios

Abstract

El uso de Internet en la educación está fomentado sobre la base del innegable impacto que ha tenido en el presente y que tendrá en el futuro, llegando a los centros educacionales y hogares cubanos, convirtiéndose en un recurso didáctico, sin embargo, en la práctica educativa se ha detectado desconocimiento por parte de algunos profesores de lo que realmente le puede aportar Internet y los riesgos o desventajas, así como la forma de acceder al mismo. Se presenta un artículo proponiendo actividades para preparar a los profesores en el uso adecuado de Internet.

ABSTRACT

The use of internet in education is based upon the undeniable impact it has had nowadays and in future times. Internet has arrived to all educational centers and even too many Cuban homes, turning into a very important didactic resource. Notwithstanding, it has been shown a general lack of knowledge on most of professors’ side about all the tools internet provides as well as on the risks and advantages and the different ways to have access to internet. Therefore, the following article is presented which proposes a set of activities so to train professors on the competent use of internet.
