Alfabetización digital como sustento del teletrabajo para docentes universitarios: hacia una sociedad inclusiva
Abstract
La alfabetización digital permite al docente universitario reducir la brecha digital y ser candidato para el teletrabajo, actuación que se requiere en concordancia con la coyuntura social, cuando ello ocurre, se percibe la interacción de profesionales jóvenes y adultos en plataformas virtuales en el marco de una determinada asignatura. La metodología utilizada se enfocó en el paradigma positivista, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, método deductivo, diseño no experimental y de corte transeccional. Se aplicó el cuestionario a 185 docentes universitarios, quienes, desde su percepción, manifestaron que la alfabetización digital consolida las bases para el reconocimiento de una sociedad inclusiva, en beneficio del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje con el estudiante.

ABSTRACT
Digital literacy allows the university teacher to reduce the digital gap and be a candidate for telework, an action that is required in accordance with the social situation, when this occurs, the interaction of young professionals and adults is perceived in virtual platforms within the framework of a certain subject. The methodology used focused on the positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, descriptive type, deductive method, non-experimental design, and transectional cut. The questionnaire was applied to 185 university teachers, who from their perception, stated that digital literacy consolidates the bases for the recognition of an inclusive society, for the benefit of the teaching-learning process with the student.Keywords:
