La educación inclusiva desde la normativa jurídica internacional y ecuatoriana, en el contexto universitario

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es esgrimir, desde el análisis documental como método empírico de investigación, el abordaje de las Constituciones, las leyes, los decretos y normativas regionales e internacionales que promueven la Educación Inclusiva y como esta, se encuentra puntualmente implementada en el Ecuador y en el nivel superior de formación, el Universitario. Los resultados hasta aquí obtenidos pueden servir de consulta para investigaciones del mismo sesgo, aplicados en centros universitarios en los que la atención a las personas con discapacidad desde la normativa legal en la educación superior se erija en objeto de estudio.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this work is to wield, from the documentary analysis as an empirical method of investigation, the approach of the Constitutions, the laws, the decrees and regional and international regulations that promote Inclusive Education and, like this, it is promptly implemented in Ecuador and at the higher level of training, the University. The results obtained up to this point can serve as a reference for investigations of the same bias, applied in university centers in which the attention to people with disabilities from the legal regulations in higher education is the object of study.
