Sobre el libre ingreso a la educación superior ecuatoriana
Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación persigue analizar el proceso de admisión para obtener un cupo de ingreso a la Educación Superior Pública ecuatoriana. El tipo de investigación: documental-descriptiva, diseño documental bibliográfico, no experimental transversal, técnicas: observación documental y hermenéutica jurídica. En el ordenamiento jurídico ecuatoriano vigente existen procesos y normativas que en teoría garantizan el ingreso a la universidad, sin embargo se concluye, que en todos los procesos relacionados con los exámenes de ingreso que se aplicaron en diferentes etapas, se violan derechos constitucionales inherentes a la educación; así como, elegir libremente la carrera que deseen estudiar, obligando a los bachilleres a aceptar una carrera condicionada a alcanzar un determinado puntaje.

ABSTRACT
The objective of the research is to analyze the admission process to obtain an entrance quota to the Ecuadorian Public Higher Education. The type of research: documentary-descriptive, bibliographic, non-experimental cross-sectional documentary design, techniques: documentary observation and legal hermeneutics. In the current Ecuadorian legal system there are processes and regulations that in theory guarantee admission to the university, however it is concluded that in all the processes related to the entrance exams that were applied in different stages, constitutional rights inherent to the university are violated. education; as well as, freely choose the career they wish to study, forcing high school graduates to accept a career conditional on reaching a certain score.Keywords:
