Mejoramiento de las Competencias Investigativas mediante programa Gestión del Conocimiento

Abstract

Este estudio propuso mejorar las competencias investigativas mediante el programa gestión del conocimiento. Desarrollado con el enfoque cuantitativo y el subdiseño preexperimental, que aplicó un cuestionario valido y confiable a una muestra universal de 15 docentes. Los resultados mostraron en el pretest predominio del nivel bajo con 73,33%, en cambio en el postest hubo una prevalencia del nivel alto con 53,33% posterior a la aplicación del programa. Asimismo, los resultados inferenciales revelaron 26,80 puntos de diferencia significativa (0.000< 0.05) entre las calificaciones del postest y pretest del grupo experimental (GE), aceptando la hipótesis afirmativa. Concluyendo que se comprobó que mejoraron significativamente las competencias investigativas y cada una de sus dimensiones aplicando el programa gestión del conocimiento.

ABSTRACT

This study proposed to improve investigative skills through the knowledge management program. Developed with the quantitative approach and the pre-experimental sub-design, which applied a valid and reliable questionnaire to a universal sample of 15 teachers. The results showed a predominance of the low level in the pretest with 73.33%, while in the posttest there was a prevalence of the high level with 53.33% after the application of the program. Likewise, the inferential results revealed a significant difference of 26.80 points (0.000<0.05) between the post-test and pre-test scores of the experimental group (EG), accepting the affirmative hypothesis. Concluding that it was found that the investigative skills and each of its dimensions significantly improved by applying the knowledge management program.
