La festividad de San José como expresión de la cultura popular en la comunidad de Paraíso
Abstract
La práctica de la religión se evidencia desde hace miles de años, mucho antes que se inventara la escritura. En todo el mundo, desde la época prehistórica, la creencia de la existencia de una realidad o ser superior ha servido para definir y crear culturas. La religión ha adoptado un sinfín de formas y constantemente surgen nuevas manifestaciones.

ABSTRACT
This study is meant to investigate how the presence of the people and their search for enjoyment, in the case of a celebration to the Saint San José de la Montaña, became a traditional legacy in Cienfuegos, mainly in Paraiso Community.
