The talkative abilities in the process of the university student's formation
Abstract
The abilities like component cognitivo - instrumental of the fellow's performance, they have been broadly studied in the pedagogic environment to strengthen the quality of the educational process, and this way to teach to the students of the university community to establish an appropriate communication. These can be treated by means of the different forms of organization of the Process of Teaching Learning, he/she stands out the necessity to strengthen the talkative preparation of the educational ones, to face the challenges and demands in the current moments, for what the investigators of the present study the importance that has for the professional future the development of the talkative abilities, highlight necessary in its professional acting once egresado of the academy. One can affirm that the talkative abilities are indispensable to improve the relationships in the different performance scenarios that the student is developed, the social institutions, in the interpersonal relationships, with their partners, professors, family, community and other professionals. For their development methods of the empiric level were used, the analysis of the specialized bibliography, the participation in discussion groups, a survey structured semi was applied. The carried out study is of descriptive type, where the main theories related with the talkative abilities were conceptualized, the statistical prosecution was carried out by means of an analysis of frequencies, through the statistical package IBM®SPSS® Statistics, version 21 and the suite ofimática Microsoft Excel Professional Bonus 2020.
