Valoración de la pertinencia de un Manual de Preparación para pacientes con insuficiencia cardiaca

Abstract

Abortar temas relacionados con la preparación de los pacientes con enfermedades cardiovasculares en general y la insuficiencia cardiaca en particular, es siempre una necesidad para la comunidad científica y los pacientes, pues dotar de herramientas que enseñen a vivir a los pacientes con esta patología, es un aspecto transcendental para lograr una mejor calidad de vida en estos. Sobre estos argumentos la presente investigación tiene como objetivo: valorar la pertinencia de un manual de preparación para los pacientes con insuficiencia cardiaca. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y matemáticos y estadísticos. Se conformó un grupo nominal de especialistas del tema para determinar por consenso la pertinencia del manual presentado, los que luego de varios debates e intercambios llegaron por consenso que la propuesta presentada fue muy pertinente y que podía ser aplicada en la práctica de las ciencias médicas.

ABSTRACT

To miscarry topics related with the preparation of the patients with cardiovascular illnesses in general and the heart inadequacy in particular, is always a necessity for the scientific community and the patients, because to endow of tools that teach to live to the patients with this pathology, is a transcendental aspect to achieve a better quality of life in these. On these arguments the present investigation has as objective: to value the relevancy of a preparation manual for the patients with heart inadequacy. For the development of the investigation theoretical, empiric and mathematical and statistical methods were used. He/she conformed to a nominal group of specialists of the topic to determine for consent the relevancy of the presented manual, those that after several debates and exchanges arrived for consent that the presented proposal was very pertinent and that it could be applied in the practice of the medical sciences.
