Prevención contra el acoso sexual de menores

Resumen

La protección a los menores para evitar la vulneración de la integridad física, psíquica y sexual representa una tarea sensible a la que se debe conceder alta importancia. La Constitución de la República del Ecuador estipula los derechos de protección de los menores de edad en contra el acoso sexual. Sin embargo, el acoso es una manifestación presente que se le debe prestar atención. La presente investigación realiza un estudio para la orientación del trabajo coordinado del gobierno, la familia, la sociedad y las instituciones educativas para proteger al menor de cualquier tipo de manifestación de violencia u acoso sexual. Se identifica como resultado la existencia de una resistencia por parte de la familia, en aceptar programas educativos dirigidos a los menores de edad para orientarlos en cómo identificar y defenderse ante cualquier manifestación de acoso sexual.

ABSTRACT

The protection of minors to avoid the violation of physical, mental and sexual integrity represents a sensitive task that must be given high importance. The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador stipulates the rights of protection of minors against sexual harassment. However, bullying is a present manifestation that should be paid attention to. This research carries out a study to guide the coordinated work of the government, family, society and educational institutions to protect minors from any type of manifestation of violence or sexual harassment. As a result, the existence of resistance on the part of the family is identified in accepting educational programs aimed at minors to guide them in how to identify and defend themselves against any manifestation of sexual harassment.
