Programa de orientación para la Educación Terapéutica de pacientes con Artritis Reumatoide.

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene por objetivo elaborar un programa de orientación para la educación terapéutica de pacientes con artritis reumatoide en el hospital del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social de la ciudad de Babahoyo en la República del Ecuador. Esta investigación es parte de un proyecto de vinculación universitaria de la carrera de medicina de la Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes. Donde se evidenciaron un grupo de limitaciones que lastran esta temática en pacientes de la ciudad investigada. Se realizó un pre experimento con dos momentos uno inicial y otro final, para el mismo se tuvieron en cuenta métodos teóricos, empíricos y matemáticos estadísticos. Los resultados obtenidos luego de la aplicación del programa elaborado son válidos y satisfactorios pues existió una diferencia significativa en ellos.

ABSTRACT

This investigation has for objective to elaborate an orientation program for the therapeutic education of patient with arthritis rheumatoid in the hospital of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social security of the city of Babahoyo in the Republic of Ecuador. This investigation is part of a project of university linking of the career of medicine of the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes. Where they were evidenced a group of limitations that you/they ballast this thematic one in patient of the investigated city. He/she was carried out a pre-experiment with two moments one initial and another end, for the same one they were kept in mind statistical theoretical, empiric and mathematical methods. The results obtained after the application of the elaborated program are valid and satisfactory because a significant difference existed in them.
