Apuntes sobre algunas concepciones prospectivas de Fidel Castro Ruz acerca de los desafíos del cambio climático

Resumen

En el presente estudio se analizan algunas de las concepciones de Fidel Castro Ruz sobre las causas que han condicionado el cambio climático y sus desafíos para la humanidad con enfoque prospectivo. Se realiza un análisis sistematizado de momentos significativos en que ha hecho alusión a la relación hombre naturaleza y las implicaciones que traería para el mundo de no hacerse a tiempo acciones puntuales y concretas para evitar su carácter irrevocable. Se concibe sobre una línea directriz para educar a las presentes y futuras generaciones en tema tan crucial, donde la Conferencia de Río de Janeiro en 1992 constituyó un punto de reflexión para las acciones globales y punto de partida, pero no suficientemente atendidas, lo que lo hace volver sobre el tema veinte años después y reclamar la cordura universal.

ABSTRACT

Presently study some of Fidel Castro Ruz conceptions are analyzing on the causes that have conditioned the climatic change and their challenges for the humanity with prospective Approach. He is carried out a systematized analysis of significant moments in that he has made allusion to the relationship man nature and the implications that would bring for the world of not being made punctual actions on time and you sum up to avoid their irrevocable character. It is conceived on a line guideline to educate to the present and future generations in topic so crucial, where the Conference of River of Janeiro in 1992 constituted an inflection point for the global actions and starting point, but not sufficiently assisted, what makes it to return later on the topic twenty years and to claim the universal good sense.
