José Martí Pérez en la formación de valores humanos y patrióticos

Resumen

José Martí ha sido calificado como el más genial de los políticos cubanos. Comprendió la necesidad de organizar y unificar las fuerzas patrióticas para preparar y llevar adelante “la guerra necesaria” como él la llamó. Su obra es uno de los más ricos tesoros políticos de este continente. Sus ideas transcienden los límites dela Islade su tiempo, y han ejercido una poderosa influencia en el desarrollo del movimiento de liberación nacional latinoamericano. Martí fue el más grande de los dirigentes de la nueva etapa del movimiento de liberación y su pensamiento y acción reflejan los intereses generales de la nación, ser cubano, es ser martiano. Ser martiano es interiorizar, asumir, encarnar, poner en práctica en todo momento, por convicción íntima, el ideario que se expresa en sus obras, con la belleza verbal de un clásico de la modernidad hispanoamericana y con la abnegación de quien quiso ser y fue el más apasionado y ejemplar de los hombres. Todo educador tiene el deber de profundizar en el legado de su obra para contribuir a la formación de valores de los educandos, fundamentalmente los referidos a los humanos y patrióticos.

ABSTRACT

José Marti has been qualified as the most brilliant of the Cuban politicians. He understood the necessity to organize und unite the patriotic forces to prepare and carry on “the Necessary War” as he called it. His work is the most richest political treasures in this continent. His ideas trascended the limits of the Island and of his time, and they have made up a powerful influence in the development of the national liberation movement. Marti was the most accurate leader of the new era and his thought and action reflect the general interest of the nation and of the layers and hard-working Cuban classes. To have the full conscience of being Cuban is to be martiano, It means to embody, to assume, to amply every time the coexistence that the ideario expresses in his work with the verbal beauty of a classic of the Spanish American modernity and with the sellf-denial of who wanted to be and was the most passionated of men. All educator has the duty to study his work to contribute to the ideological formation of the students mainly those referring to politic and human values.
