Cualidades del investigador novel según el investigador experto

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue comprender las cualidades del investigador novel desde la percepción de los investigadores expertos. La metodología fue mixta, estando la unidad de análisisconformada por 78 investigadores expertos vinculados al Programa Prometeo de la Secretaría de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación-Ecuador. Hallamos cinco cualidades (cognitivas, prosociales, académica, rasgos de personalidad y liderazgo) querevelan el comportamiento del investigador como actor social en su espacio de formación, el modo en que se muestra ante sus colegas, las tareas que debe realizar como parte de su formación y las formas de interacción entre su performance y su rol.

ABSTRACT

The aim of the research was to understand the qualities of novel researchers from the point of view ofexpert investigators. The methodology used was mixed, and the unit of analysis consisted of 78 expert researchers linked to the Prometeo Program of the Secretary Office of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation in Ecuador. We found five qualities such as cognitive, prosocial, academic, personality traits and leadership. They reveal the behavior of the novel investigators as social actors in their training space, the way they show themselves to their colleagues, the tasks they must perform as part of their training, and the forms of interaction between their performance and their role.
