Comprehensive approach to understand the influence of Continuing Education on legal persons in Ecuador

Abstract

This article addresses the relevance of continuing education in legislation for legal entities in Ecuador, with a focus on the fundamental rights of these entities. The study focuses on examining how continuing education influences the ability of legal entities in Ecuador to effectively protect and exercise their fundamental rights. The methodology used is mixed, includes Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (MCD in Spanish) to analyze the causal relationships between variables. The results reveal that the frequency and variety of educational proposals are the factors with the greatest influence on the continuing education of legal entities. Specific strategies are proposed to facilitate access to training activities and promote educational events adapted to the needs of each company. In conclusion, the study contributes to the individual development and strengthening of these entities in a dynamic legal environment.
