Perception of the students of the race of right of the conditional suspension of the grief within the criminal policy
Abstract
Penal populism and its connection with the conditional suspension of the sentence in the judicial field represents great importance for the training of jurists. The objective of investigation is to diagnose the perception of the students of the race of right of the conditional suspension of the grief within the criminal policy. An instrument that processes the intervening data itself applies descriptive analysis and argumentation out of every item itself. The possible benefits and adversities of this criminal policy, considering his impact in the infringers' social re-insertion and the prison over-population. The conditional suspension of grief can be a theme largely to try for the ignorance that exists in the jurists' educational matter of formation and a valuable tool with rational criteria is the same and not influenced for political or Populist motivations.
