La formación de los docentes de ciencias sociales para el desarrollo de la Educación para la Paz en las escuelas pedagógicas
Abstract
La Educación para la Paz constituye una herramienta fundamental para desarrollar la cultura de paz, cuyo principio básico este en la dignidad de toda persona; se constituya en un proceder diario y se dirija al conjunto de la sociedad. El presente trabajo constituye un resultado de investigación doctoral y se realizó con el propósito de proponer un sistema de acciones que contribuya a la formación de los docentes de ciencias sociales para el desarrollo de la Educación para la Paz en las escuelas pedagógicas. La puesta en práctica de un sistema de acciones propició que los docentes de ciencias sociales se identificaran con la temática como punto de partida para actuar, se apropiaron de nuevos contenidos para resolver de forma pacífica los conflictos y desarrollaran su capacidad reflexiva y crítica en su actividad profesional respecto a las actitudes contrarias a paz.

ABSTRACT
Education for Peace constitutes a fundamental tool to develop the culture of peace whose basic principle is the dignity of all people; it is constituted in a daily behavior and is directed to the society. The present work constitutes a result of doctoral research and it was carried out aimed at proposing a system of actions which contributes to the training teachers of social sciences for the development of the Education for Peace at the pedagogical schools. Therefore, it is started from the foundations of teachers training as a way of developing their creative activity. It is assumed a conception of the term education for peace in its creative activity and it is specified the theoretical and methodological foundations which are necessary for teachers.The implementation of a system of actions favored that the teachers of social sciences were identified with the subject as a starting point to act; they appropriated of new contents to solve the conflicts in a peaceful way and developed their reflexive and critical capacity in their professional activity regarding attitudes contrary to peace.
