Formación de la cultura jurídica mediante la Didáctica de la enseñanza del Derecho en la universidad

Abstract

Este artículo parte del análisis de la didáctica actual utilizada en la enseñanza del Derecho para explicar cómo desde las herramientas metodológicas que ella ofrece, se logra un acercamiento a la cultura en general, lo que sirve de anclaje para la formación de la cultura jurídica en los estudiantes de esa carrera. Esto implicó en el orden metodológico la consideración del análisis comparativo mediante la revisión crítica de la bibliografía y documental, además de la utilización de los métodos empíricos y teóricos y la aplicación de los instrumentos necesarios para la recogida de información, como las encuestas y entrevistas, que posibilitaron las generalizaciones teóricas que se proponen como resultado principal del estudio de la enseñanza del derecho, fundamentado en las bases metodológicas de la didáctica.

ABSTRACT

This article leaves of the analysis of the current didactics used in the teaching of the Right to explain how from the methodological tools that she offers, an approach is achieved to the culture in general, what serves as anchorage for the formation of the artificial culture in the students of that career. This implied in the methodological order the consideration of the comparative analysis by means of the critical revision of the bibliography and documental, besides the use of the empiric and theoretical methods and the application of the necessary instruments for the collection of information, as the surveys and interviews that facilitated the theoretical generalizations that intend as a result main of the study of the teaching of the right, based in the methodological bases of the didactics.
