Valores éticos y gestión educativa

Resumen

La ética busca la rectitud de los actos humanos, es decir una actitud responsable, que respete derechos, demuestre honestidad, sinceridad, compromiso, confianza, justicia, solidaridad e integridad, valores que deben estar presentes en su actuación personal, profesional y social. Esto implica relacionar la ética con la educación como la gran fuerza en época de crisis de valores, imprescindible para la transformación progresiva de la visión del mundo, con conciencia e identidad nacional; apoyada en esta relación, la gestión educativa debe orientarse hacia la búsqueda de nuevos horizontes para la formación integral del hombre guiado por valores éticos que le permitan consolidar en contexto sus valores existenciales, que lo haga coherente consigo mismo y con la sociedad.

ABSTRACT

Ethics seeks the righteousness of human acts, i.e. a responsible attitude, respecting rights, demonstrating honesty, sincerity, assuming commitments, sell Trust Act with justice and solidarity and integrity, identifying your personal, professional and social action. This implies the ethics related education as the great strength in time of crisis of values necessary and indispensable for the progressive transformation of the vision of the world, of our national identities and of our conscience; This relationship-based educational management should be directed towards the search for new horizons for the integral formation of man guided by ethical values that will enable it to consolidate its examples existential values that do so consistent with itself and the society.
