La obra de Vigotsky como sustento teórico del proceso de formación del profesional de la educación primaria
Abstract
La formación de un profesional integral se erige como política de la Educación Superior Cubana. En función de lograr esta formación integral, el Colectivo Pedagógico de Año constituye el nivel académico donde se concreta la labor educativa, desde la integración de los diferentes agentes formativos mediante la Estrategia Educativa. En la misma participa el Profesor Principal de Año como guía del estudiante, mediante acciones educativas personalizadas. El presente trabajo persigue como objetivo valorar la influencia de la obra de Vigotsky en el desarrollo de la labor del Profesor Principal de Año en el Colectivo Pedagógico, como uno de los sustentos teóricos necesarios de este proceso.

ABSTRACT
The formation of an integral professional is considered as a politics of the Cuban Higher Education. In terms of getting this integral formation, the pedagogical staff of the year is the academic level in which the educative work is totally achieved, taking into account the integration of the different formative agents through the educative strategy in which the principal professor of the year takes part as a guide of the student by using personalized educative actions. The objective of the present research work is to value the influence of Vigotsky´s work in the development of the principal profesor`s role within the pedagogical staff, as one of the theoretical aspects that are necessary for this process.Keywords:
