Enseñanza del juzgamiento de las contravenciones comedidas en la justicia indígena
Abstract
Múltiples son los retos que representa para la rama del derecho, el reconocimiento constitucional de Ecuador como un estado plurinacional y de las especificidades asociadas al juzgamiento indígena. Como parte integrante de la sociedad, los estudiantes de derecho deben tener una vasta preparación respecto a este tema, por lo que resulta interesante, conocer su percepción al respecto. Para ello se seleccionó una muestra de estudiantes del sexto siclo de la carrera de derecho de la Universidad Autónoma de los Andes, se les aplicó una encuesta y dado que se observaron insatisfacciones, se profundizó en sus causas y se propuso una estrategia a seguir para atenuarlas. Con esta finalidad, se emplearon técnicas e instrumentos como la observación, la encuesta, el método general de solución de problemas, el método multicriterio DEMATEL y AHP de Saaty, con la finalidad de establecer una jerarquización.

ABSTRACT
There are multiple challenges for the branch of law, the constitutional recognition of Ecuador as a plurinational state and the specificities associated with indigenous judgment. As an integral part of society, law students must have a vast preparation regarding this subject, so it is interesting to know their perception on the matter. To do this, a sample of students from the sixth cycle of the law career of the Autonomous University of the Andes was selected, a survey was applied to them and since dissatisfactions were observed, their causes were deepened and a strategy to be followed was proposed to mitigate them. For this purpose, techniques and instruments such as observation, survey, general problem-solving method, DEMATEL and Saaty's AHP multicriteria method were used, in order to establish a hierarchy.Keywords:
