Abstract

Las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones han contribuido significativamente al avance en el perfeccionamiento de los servicios de información que ofrece el CDIP de la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógica Los productos servicios diseminados en los territorios han propiciado una herramienta para la superación de las bibliotecarias, así como la actualización y retroalimentación de la información necesaria para realizar un servicio eficiente a los usuarios priorizados

ABSTRACT

The information technology and communications have contributed significantly to the further refinement of the information services offered by the CDIP at the University of Pedagogical Sciences scattered services products in the territories have led to a tool for overcoming the library and as updating and feedback of information necessary for an efficient service to priority users.
