Innovación educativa en la Educación Superior: integrando elementos del análisis retrospectivo y la Pedagogía Humanista para una formación más efectiva

Abstract

La presente investigación aborda el tema de la innovación educativa en la educación superior, con el objetivo de explorar cómo la integración de elementos del análisis retrospectivo y la pedagogía humanista puede mejorar la formación académica y preparar a los estudiantes de manera efectiva. Para ello, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica exhaustiva, analizando diversas citas que tratan temas relacionados con la innovación educativa, la pedagogía humanista, la calidad educativa y los modelos educativos en la educación superior. La revisión bibliográfica, permitió identificar la relevancia de adoptar enfoques colaborativos e innovadores en la educación superior. Se resaltó la importancia de formar profesionales competentes y críticos que estén preparados para enfrentar los desafíos del mundo actual. Finalmente, en las conclusiones, se destacó que la innovación educativa en la educación superior es una herramienta poderosa para mejorar la calidad de la formación académica.

ABSTRACT

The present research addresses the topic of educational innovation in higher education, with the objective of exploring how the integration of elements of retrospective analysis and humanistic pedagogy can improve academic training and prepare students effectively. To this end, a comprehensive literature review was conducted, analyzing various citations that address issues related to educational innovation, humanistic pedagogy, educational quality and educational models in higher education. The bibliographic review allowed identifying the relevance of adopting collaborative and innovative approaches in higher education. The importance of training competent and critical professionals who are prepared to face the challenges of today's world was highlighted. Finally, in the conclusions, it was highlighted that educational innovation in higher education is a powerful tool to improve the quality of academic training.
