La formación de estudiantes en la Carrera de Derecho en la implementación del principio de la muerte cruzada y sus consecuencias para el Ecuador

Abstract

La Muerte cruzada permite al Presidente de la República disolver la Asamblea Nacional cuando asume ilegalmente funciones. La investigación tiene como objetivo analizar criterios y conocimientos de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho por la implementación del principio de la Muerte cruzada y sus consecuencias para un mejor entendimiento de este principio Constitucional desde la educación superior. Se utiliza un análisis DAFO seguido de la determnación de los factores que mas influyen en la investigación por un Análsis Jerárquico Ponderado para determinar las causas de los criterios de los estudiantes. A partir de esto se elabora un plan de acciones y temas a tratar en la formación de los estudiantes en la carrera de Derecho en cuanto al principio de Muerte cruzada. Para un mejor funcionamiento del Estado con el pueblo debe ser reformado o eliminado de la constitución.

 ABSTRACT

The crossed Death allows the President of the Republic dissolving the National Assembly House when you assume shows illegally. The investigation has like objective to examine criteria and knowledge of the students of the race by right for the implementation of the beginning of the crossed Death and his consequences for a better understanding of this Constitutional beginning from higher education. DAFO followed of the determnation of the factors what else utilizes an analysis himself they influence the investigation for a Hierarchic Análsis Pondered to determine the causes of the criteria of the students. A plan of actions and themes are elaborated to deal in the students' formation in the running by right as from this in at the beginning of Muerte crossed. You must be reformed or ruled-out of the constitution for a better functioning of the State with the town.
