Building legal arguments based on constitutional jurisprudence from Training of law students
Abstract
The article highlights the common practice of using the decisions of the Constitutional Court as an integral part of the training of law students. This approach allows one to analyze jurisprudence to understand the practical application of constitutional principles in specific cases. The survey of law students reveals a positive impact on the understanding of constitutional principles for the majority of respondents. A seminar is proposed as a response to the need to keep students motivated in the study of constitutional jurisprudence. The integration of jurisprudence in the training of law students enriches their education by providing a practical and contextualized understanding of constitutional principles. The seminar proposal represents a dynamic educational approach to maintain the interest and motivation of students in the study of constitutional jurisprudence.
