La gestión del director escolar en la dirección institucional del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje

Abstract

El trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar los resultados del proceso de sistematización teórica realizada en torno a las categorías principales asociadas a la gestión del director escolar en la dirección institucional del proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje, que sirvieron de sustento para la elaboración de un procedimiento encaminado a la gestión de dicho proceso.

ABSTRACT

This work has as objective to present the results of the theoretical systematization process about the main categories to the school director in the institutional managing of the teaching – learning process, which serve as the base for the elaboration of a procedure directed to the development of this process.
