La organización de la práctica laboral investigativa desde la Filial Universitaria Pedagógica

Resumen

La armonización de las influencias formativas en la Práctica Laboral Investigativa adquiere mayor relevancia, al considerar que el proceso formativo del profesional de la Educación Superior Pedagógica, en los territorios, es un proceso que requiere organización. Para lo cual se diseñó un Procedimiento conformado por tres fases que transitan por la planificación del proceso, su intervención en las microuniversidades y el análisis de los resultados que se alcanzan. Con la aplicación de la propuesta se garantizó la organización del proceso de intervención de la estructura de la Filial Universitaria Pedagógica a la Práctica Laboral Investigativa.

ABSTRACT

The harmonization of the formative influences in the Investigative Labor Practice acquires bigger relevance, when considering that the formative process of the professional of the Pedagogic Superior Education, in the territories, is a process that requires organization. For that which a Procedure was designed conformed by three phases that traffic for the planning of the process, its intervention in the micro-universities and the analysis of the results that they are reached. With the application of the proposal the organization of the process of intervention of the structure was guaranteed from the Pedagogic University Branch to the Investigative Labor Practice.
